Steve Madden Inc. is a Fortune 500 company producing and selling designer footwear mainly in the US. We developed and integrated a data warehouse and a suite of over 100 reports containing statistical data, trends and forecasts as well real-time data relayed to the various departments and decision makers within the company.
Steve Madden’s call center staff of 50+ employees needed an application to quickly identify orders, track orders and process them. The main focus of the application was speed (as it was essential to quickly handle all incoming calls) and ease-of-use (to cut down training time in a short employment working place like a call center). This application was integrated with Steve Madden’s ERP system, online database and 3rd party solutions to automate as many functions as possible.
