About Project

Inditex Romania (Zara, Pull&Bear, Bershka) required a back office application to help them manage all travel requests made by their employees. It models the entire business process surrounding the approval of travel request, the request of a quote from travel agents, booking of a hotel at prearranged prices, entering and disbursement of travel expenses and management level reporting on monthly travel expenditures. Developed in collaboration with their cost control department this tool enabled Inditex to cut costs considerably by analyzing travel patterns and enabling them to see the most competitive travel offers in one single location.
