FPS is one of the major operators in Northern Canada in the field of fire prevention systems. They service extinguishers, fire alarms and sprinkler systems for over 3000 clients. With a steady workload from their numerous clients FPS needed a management tool to help them organize their work force better and prepare invoices and compliance documents for their clients. The software we developed prepares work sheets based on preplanned inspections, registers replacements and other work done at the client, calculates costs and issues invoices for the clients. Also the clients can download automatically created compliance documents directly from the site. Overall it is estimated that the use of this software has cut office support tasks to a 1/3 of the previous load.
